About Duaba

Duaba is an on-demand courier/parcel delivery service app allowing users to order parcel delivery and have it delivered to their chosen location. This application includes a web backend for administrators, a mobile app for customers on Android and iPhone, and delivery apps for drivers.

Challenges Faced in Our Project

The tecHangouts development team was tasked with developing a parcel delivery service app that would benefit both the customer (which involves admins and drivers) and their clients. We developed the application to allow administrators to control courier information in the system and display order details to administrators and drivers. It was also supposed to allow a client to choose the delivery’s start and end dates and calculate the cost. We complete the delivery information and make payments online or through COD.

• Designing a distinctive website and employing software for optimal logistics delivery posed a major challenge.
• Implementing unique, advanced features for efficient routing, returns management, customer compliance, and information technology presented a significant obstacle.
• Achieving perfection in the user interface (UI) with seamless animations was our final hurdle.
